At Charbroil®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grilling experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our order lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
